Computer file set-up:
-2D drawings only Scale drawings to actual 1:1 size.
-Array parts based on total number required.
-Layout parts to fit on 18" x 24" sheets
Group parts based on material and thickness.
-Convert any text to lines All lines to have a thickness of less than .001".
-Be very careful not to have duplicate lines on top of each other. (This will cause the laser to cut or score more than once resulting in a wider cut or deeper score than desired.)
-For CAD drawings, set up three layers. (cutin, cutout, score). Each layer should be a different color.
-Please purge all unused blocks and layers before submitting files.

Typical turnaround time: 24 hrs.

Work can be delivered via overnight carrier, courier or picked up at our Manhattan studio.
